About Kim:

Kim grew up and has lived in Tomales, CA for over 50 years.  As a local to the area she has gained love for the natural beauty of the open space, ranch land, as well as the scenic beauty of the coast. Kim has always been drawn to the small town feel in the different communities found within Sonoma and Marin and has an appreciation of the different styles of homes found here.

Kim retired from the Sonoma County Public Law Library after 18 years where she was actively involved with assisting self-represented litigants and lawyers with Legal Research as the Director of the Law Library. During her time in the legal field she also taught hundreds of students at Santa Rosa Junior College where she was an adjunct instructor for both the legal secretary and paralegal programs in the evenings for over 16 years.

As a hobby, Kim and her husband have bought and sold a number of properties that her family has used as vacation homes and investments.   All three of their children were raised with a real estate booklet in their little hands!  Kim would play games with her kids telling them to find the perfect house in the little booklets with imaginary money.  It kept the kids occupied in the evenings while visiting one of their vacation homes in Cobb Mountain that had no TV. All three of her kids have grown to appreciate the value of real estate.

When Kim is not talking real estate to someone or in her garden, she is usually riding her horse on a ranch in Chileno Valley.

Let Kim help you take the stress out of buying and selling properties and see the exciting process through her eyes.  Whether you’re looking for a condo or ranch or anything in between, Kim will be diligent and on her toes every step of the way as you embark on your new journey.
